Good nappy

Holds a lot personally , I don't like plastic back so this is perfect for me

Possibly the best medical nappy out there

I have worn and used over 100 of these drylife ultimas and feel I am now in a good position to review them unbiasedly.

I genuinely find these to be the best medical, completely white, cloth backed diaper that you can buy with 4 tapes. The capacity is exceptional.

There are 4 tapes and they fit very nicely and are wide and grippy. I have never had a problem with them coming off with movement unless I have taped my diaper too tight.

They are comfortable, the cloth feel is soft and doesn't catch on skin or nails, they come quite high up above the waist which I also like and this gives that enveloping feeling.

Leaking usually isn't an issue unless you put them past their capacity - the leak guards are plenty tall enough and will allow you to use a booster pad without any issue.

Wings are nice and wide too and wrap around you, folding under nicely which makes putting on the diaper very easy if you are putting it on yourself.

Honestly, these are excellent for medical pamps - I will always go to these if I cannot find my usual cloth backed diaper.

Tapes are rubbish

Out of a pack of 10, 2 were usable as the taped keep coming off with the slightest movement. Which is a shame because these dips are amazing, and would be the best plain white, clothy, dips on the market if the tapes would work.

have yourself a long nap with these nappies as they are really great and do what jyou expect of them , keep you dry and your bed as they dont leak and they are comfortable ,give them a go .
