Finally - cloth-backed that work!

Been looking for something EXACTLY like this for years, and until now only plastic-backed did the trick. No longer!

Just thin enough to be worn during the day (pick Ultra for overnight), great for mobility, excellent capacity without crazy swelling, great wicking, no beading, perfect tabs -- large, grippy, refastenable, no slipping or stretching. NRU have achieved something none of the incontinence pad giants could manage. These should be the default in every hospital, clinic, care home -- and at home. So sad people have to put up with less when quality like this is available. Bravo!

OMG I just can’t fault these, I can wear all night and keep the same one on for nearly the the whole of the next day, drink plenty of fluids and keep peeing and they just don’t stop absorbing and don’t leak at all, it’s like they just keep finding a reserve space.
