1. Do I need to be aged 18+ to enter the showroom?

As we are selling adult fetish products, we do require all visitors to be aged 18+. Whilst shopping with us we may ask for proof of age if you appear to be under the age of 18.

2. Where is the store located?

Our store is located at our warehouse in Denton Business Park in Denton, just a few minutes drive from Denton Rock. You enter the showroom via the red door at the side of the building. Our full address is below.

3. Is the showroom discreet? What does it look like?

Discretion is our top priority and from the outside, our showroom looks like a big warehouse and not your typical retail store. Although we're known as NRU, we also use the name Napus as it's one of the ways we keep things discreet. We've decided to use this name externally so be sure to keep an eye out for signage using this name. The store interior is big, bright and full of colour. If you're lucky you may even bump into Ted!

4. Can photos be taken in the showroom?

You are more than welcome to take photos of yourself and the products on display. Taking photos of anyone else without their permission is strictly prohibited. This restriction is in place to protect everyone’s privacy.

5. How do you enter the showroom?

The entrance is via the red door to the left side of the building.

6. Is there parking?

Yes, we've plenty of parking spaces. Upon arrival, you'll see dedicated parking bays and the showroom entrance to the left side of the building right next to the entrance.

7. What products are for sale?

Most of the products we sell on our website are available in-store, however not all products will be on display, If you can't see an item on display do let us know and we'll be happy to see if its available.

8. Can I click and collect?

You certainly can! To prevent any disappointment, we recommend you place your order online before coming in to store. After all, no one likes a frowny face! Many orders are typically ready on the same day but as we have several warehouses it can sometimes take an additional working day. We'll email you as soon as it's ready for collection.

9. How are items packed?

If you're buying items over the counter, we'll always offer you a plain shipping bag or box to carry your goods. If you’ve not travelled by car you may wish to think about how to get your purchases home, especially if you’re planning to go wild in the aisles! Nappies can be really heavy and very bulky. If you’d like us to ship out your purchases instead we can arrange this for you.

10. Are team members ABDL friendly?

Absolutely! Our entire team is ABDL-friendly and are more than happy to help with any questions you may about the products on sale.

12. Is it possible to try on clothing?

We do have fitting rooms where some clothing items can be tried on prior to purchase.

13. Are there changing facilities?

Whilst we're an ABDL showroom we don't have changing facilities. You are of course more than welcome to visit padded but to prevent the need for changes we recommend wearing something extra thick to see you through your visit!

14. Do I need an appointment?

Nope, no appointment is needed, just come to the showroom and one of our friendly team will be able to let you in and serve you.
